Phoenix Risk Advisors was started solely with our client’s benefit and best interests in mind. We sought out to provide professional, unbiased insurance, risk management and business process consulting services to our Clients without any 3rd-party encumbrances associated with insurance carrier (“agency”) relationships. With years of experience in business consulting and insurance, we bring valuable knowledge to the table to help your organization. We do not sell insurance nor do we receive compensation from insurance coverages, agencies/brokers, or wholesalers that we recommend for your organization. When we are retained, our Clients typically receive the benefit of reduced insurance premium spend, tailored education and knowledge specific to that organization and exposures, broker “transparent” services and compensation, in addition to improved insurance coverages and business processes.
Phoenix Risk Advisors principals and staff started their respective careers with large consulting companies including KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and IBM before working in the insurance industry for both large and small insurance agencies. We take stock in recognizing that our collective experiences working with both the smallest of companies and large, multinational corporations helped shape our offerings, services and general knowledge to our Clients. We also provide pro-bono consulting services to various Not-for-Profit organizations as well as serve on select Boards as the smallest measure of community service.

Being in the risk mitigation business for over 20 years, we recognize that people (and businesses) have to make bold decisions simply in order to operate and survive. Whether it’s a choice to drive on a snowy day, or for a business to decide to pursue and win a high-risk project or client. There exists the balance between risk and reward, and hopefully based on knowing enough about the terms of engagement.
